Jeannette is an experienced practitioner in direct patient care and leadership, including roles in Human Resource Services and Healthcare Executive positions. She serves on multiple boards, including a regional medical center, Civic organizations, and non-profit community leadership roles.
As a long-term Mentor, Jeannette provides advisory and partnership support for community-wide workforce development and serves as an executive coach for individuals, teams, and organizations. She is the founder of the Magnolia Civility Institute, LLC, aiming to promote civility in society.
With a 45-year corporate career in healthcare, she held various roles, from direct care provider to Vice President of Education and Training. During her last 20 years before retirement, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Training, and Education, overseeing a 5000-employee workforce.
Jeannette is renowned as a passionate teacher, trainer, inspirational speaker, and mentor in both professional and community settings. She holds professional certifications from the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette, Inc., including Professional Table Manners and the Polished Professional. Additionally, she has presented best practices in workforce development at conferences like The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.
